We prepare data for the foundational LLMs GigaChat and Speech, and also help teams effectively use these technologies to optimize business processes and improve services.
We are looking for an experienced Chief Editor who can effectively interact with artificial intelligence models, write and edit texts. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of the Russian language, as well as experience working with large language models (LLMs).
Responsibilities
- lead a team of AI trainers (10+ editors and proofreaders), monitor deadlines, and be responsible for results
- validate, edit, and proofread dialogues
- create instructions and explain the logic of LLM response evaluation to the team
- quickly grasp unfamiliar topics
- fact-check and find reliable sources.
Requirements
- higher education in linguistics, journalism, or translation studies
- work experience as a copywriter, technical writer, journalist, editor, content manager, or another job related to text creation and processing
- team management experience
- experience working with LLMs (ChatGPT, GigaChat, YaGPT, etc.) will be considered an additional advantage.
