We’re looking for a Vice President of Engineering, Core Experience to lead our Google Identity & Engagement (GIE) team. As we enter the AI and agentic era, you'll define how secure access, notifications, and trustworthy personalization work across the entire Google ecosystem.

• The Compensation: Highly competitive executive package starting at $550k USD / €401.5k EUR base + 80% target bonus + equity.
