#vacancy #SRE #observability ** Senior DevOps Observability (SRE) Engineer ** We are looking for a Senior DevOps Observability (SRE) Engineer for an international product IT company.

What you will be doing

• Developing and maintaining the Observability platform (metrics, logs, traces). • Forming and developing the company's Observability strategy, standardizing approaches, and consulting development teams. • Ensuring stable operation of production services in Kubernetes, participating in incident diagnostics and resolution. • Developing monitoring, alerting, and dashboards considering service architecture. • Supporting development teams on service operation and distributed system interaction issues. • Participating in OnCall, investigating production incidents, conducting RCA/Post-Mortems, and implementing improvements to prevent recurring problems. • Developing Incident Management and Reliability Engineering practices.

What we expect

• Commercial experience as SRE / Senior DevOps Engineer for at least 3 years. • Deep practical experience with Kubernetes in production. • Experience in diagnosing and resolving production incidents. • Practical experience with the Observability stack: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, Vector, Sentry. • Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD), GitOps (Argo CD), Git. • Practical experience in developing and maintaining custom Helm Charts (not just using ready-made ones). • Experience with Docker, Kaniko, BuildKit. • OnCall participation experience. • RCA/Post-Mortem experience. • Good communication skills and experience interacting with development teams. • Proactive approach to developing reliability and observability.

Will be a plus

• Experience in building platform solutions. • Experience in developing SRE practices within the company. • Experience with high-load distributed systems.
