We are looking for a Senior Software Architect who embodies our core values: Innovating boldly, thinking big, and creating customer delight. You will join our high-performing System Design Architecture team—a centralized hub responsible for the technological roadmap and architectural ownership of our entire software suite.

Your Impact
As a Senior Software Architect, you will be a visionary leader within our centralized Architecture Team. You won’t just design systems; you’ll shape the future of healthcare technology.
- Architectural Stewardship: Lead the design efforts for enterprise-class software modules, ensuring our cloud-native SaaS applications are secure, scalable, and resilient.
- Strategic Alignment: Establish technical roadmaps alongside cross-functional stakeholders, balancing technical excellence with business objectives to ensure engineering and product teams move as one.
- Mentorship & Culture: Act as a force multiplier. You will coach and mentor peers through code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative troubleshooting, fostering a sense of team unity and high morale.
- Innovation & Governance: Shape security architecture best practices and identify strategies for complex technical challenges, gaining buy-in from the team to turn "bold ideas" into "happening realities."
- Problem Solving: Navigate the trade-offs between technical debt and speed-to-market, designing solutions that prioritize long-term stability and patient-centric outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table
The Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Tenure: 10+ years of experience programming scalable software, with at least 3+ years in a lead design or architectural role.
- The Stack: Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Architectural Mastery: Proven experience with Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Distributed Systems.
- Data & Streaming: Solid grasp of Relational & NoSQL databases, and experience with Event Streaming (e.g., Kafka, NATS).
The Technical Mindset:
- Cloud Native: A firm understanding of cloud-native development, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- High Performance: Experience designing highly scalable, low-latency, and observable applications that can handle the rigors of an enterprise environment.
- Modern Paradigms: Familiarity with Reactive/Functional programming and Distributed Cache Grids.
- Agile Flow: Comfort working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong commitment to CI/CD principles.
The Soft Skills:
- Resilience: You maintain a positive outlook when faced with adversity and see setbacks as opportunities for constructive growth.
