About the company A large group of companies developing IT, fintech, travel, and digital products.
Responsibilities: • Development of a new B2C "Hotels" segment from scratch. • Formation of a product strategy, business processes, and operational model. • Building and developing a team. • Development of a partner network, sales channels, and go-to-market strategy. • P&L management and achievement of financial indicators.
We are looking for you if: • You have experience launching or scaling B2C products in the travel or hotel segment. • You have a good understanding of the online booking and travel services market. • You know how to build processes from scratch and strategically manage a product. • You have experience working with partners, aggregators, and distribution channels. • You possess strong leadership skills and are ready to make independent decisions.
