We, a team (TOP 1 podcast in CIS 2025), are looking for a Copywriter/SMM who understands trading and marketing to create content for Telegram and other media.

We are seeking a creative and energetic individual who is ready to grow. We are prepared to share all our accumulated experience and knowledge with those who want to develop with us.

▪️ What you will do: ▫️ Create viral content for Telegram channels, Reddit, Threads, etc., in line with current trading and crypto narratives; ▫️ Native CTA posts in the channel that convert to our products + sending these posts via bots; ▫️ Collect and maintain statistics for all content published on Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube to identify the most effective formats and messages; ▫️ Work with texts within Telegram funnels; ▫️ Prepare descriptions and CTAs for videos on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok; ▫️ Regularly post vertical content on 4 platforms. ▫️ Periodically:

• Assist in writing scripts for advertising integrations;
• Assist in preparing questions for podcast guests (primarily traders).

▪️ About you: ▫️ You have a real feel for text: quickly grasp the essence and articulate it clearly and concisely – “less is more”; ▫️ You have good writing taste: a balance of accuracy and emotion, with style tailored to the platform and audience; ▫️ You delve into details and are not afraid to ask questions until you fully understand; ▫️ You are ready to learn new things: trading, arbitrage, crypto products (CEX/DEX, P2P, DeFi, wallets, OTC); ▫️ You know how to use ChatGPT and neural networks as tools, not crutches; ▫️ You understand visual composition and how text “fits” with an image; ▫️ You value deadlines and complete tasks without micromanagement.

▪️ You already know how to: ▫️ Write grammatically correct Russian (orthography, punctuation, logic); ▫️ Work at speed: maintain pace without sacrificing quality; ▫️ Have a basic understanding of marketing and funnels: offer, insight, USP, triggers, CTA; ▫️ Understand trading/crypto terminology; ▫️ Work confidently with neural networks (generation/editing/fact-checking, drafts, headline options); ▫️ Perform basic research: quickly gather facts, check sources, identify compliance risks (we do not provide financial advice); ▫️ Read English at a B1+ level.

▪️ From us: ▫️ Salary from $1500 + KPI; ▫️ Stable payments twice a month; ▫️ Opportunities for training and expertise development at the company’s expense; ▫️ Opportunities to participate in offline conferences and events worldwide; ▫️ Vertical and horizontal growth within the project; ▫️ A team of incredible experts who will drive you with their energy and share their expertise.
