LOOKING FOR A DESIGNER

We are not looking for someone who can beautifully arrange blocks within a grid. We need someone who thinks differently, sees what others miss, and creates what hasn't existed before.

What you'll be doing: — Creating visuals that stop the scroll – banners, stories, mockups, ad creatives, working on the platform, packaging info-products — Working in Figma – from concept to final mockup ready for production (+ occasional work with typography) — Creating motion graphics and animation for social media and advertising — Generating content using neural networks – Midjourney, Kling, Stable Diffusion, and others — Working closely with the marketing and content team

Who we're looking for: — Figma skills above average. — Motion and animation. Static visuals don't excite us. — Neural networks at a professional level. — Non-standard thinking – your work surprises, it doesn't repeat what's already out there. — Understanding of design and social media trends – you spot what's working before others do. — Portfolio is mandatory. We don't consider applications without work samples.

Will be a plus: — Experience in AI, IT, or online products. — Ability to work with video and editing. — Understanding of advertising mechanics – what works in creatives and what doesn't.

How to apply: Mandatory: send your portfolio – we need to see different formats of work. It's important to have examples of work with websites, platforms, presentations, Figma, Photoshop, brand books, etc. If you have motion or animation work – show it separately.
