The project is aimed at implementing, optimizing, and developing warehouse logistics based on the 1C:WMS system (including Toplog solutions). 🧩 About the Role: although the position is declared as a developer role, the main focus is functional-analytical and consulting. We are looking for an expert who deeply understands warehouse processes, knows how to translate business requirements into technical solutions, methodologically builds accounting correctly, and effectively communicates with clients at all levels. 🚀 Key Tasks: — Analysis, optimization, and development of existing warehouse business processes (operational and management accounting). — Information, analytical, and consulting support for warehouse processes and the system based on 1C:WMS Toplog. — Gathering, writing, and approving business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis. — Support for tasks during development, testing, and implementation phases (until handover to support). — Writing and updating project documentation: AS-IS/TO-BE process diagrams, functional specifications, testing and configuration protocols, user manuals. — Conducting presentations, demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and employee training. — Analyzing the causes of system failures, developing corrective measures to improve reliability and work quality. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): — At least 3 years of experience in 1C:WMS (Logistics). — Experience in full-cycle projects for the implementation of the 1C:WMS system. — Deep knowledge of warehouse management methodologies and standard 1C:WMS functionality (including Toplog). — Understanding of integration methods with external systems (including non-SAP): RFC, SOAP, REST, IDoc, OData, PI. — Skill in creating high-quality technical and user documentation. 🤝 Communication and Soft Skills Requirements: — Confident communication at the level of department heads and product owners. — Ability to conduct meetings, defend project solutions, and manage client expectations. — Skill in resolving conflicts/disputes with a focus on finding solutions, not excuses. — Analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactivity, and responsibility for results. — Business correspondence skills, ability to work both in a team and completely independently. 💡 Will be a significant plus: — Experience in the mining, manufacturing, or large retail industry. — Possession of 1C certificates in WMS or Logistics.
