Senior Influencer Marketing Manager Required

About the Company We are Aurora Labs, a full-cycle AI studio. We launch and develop large-scale international products at the intersection of AI and Web3 (our current flagship is N1 Hosting).

We are now looking for a strong Senior Influencer Manager / KOL Lead to join our team on a remote basis, with a deep understanding of Western digital culture, who can manage large budgets and work with top international creators on a turnkey basis.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Selection and procurement of foreign bloggers (US/EU, Tier-1) from your own up-to-date database for vertical content formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, X/Twitter) ▫️Full cycle of integration organization — from initial contact and price negotiations to scenario transfer, payment processing, and publication control ▫️Management of advertising budget (spend), adherence to deadlines, and tracking of final metrics (ROI, reach, conversions) ▫️Project niches - Web3 / Crypto, AI, Tech, High-Yield / Affiliate

▪️Requirements ▫️A ready and up-to-date database of foreign bloggers (US/EU/Global) across all key social networks in the Web3 / Crypto / AI niches ▫️Relevant experience in Web3 / Crypto - precise understanding of the product, terminology, audience specifics, and promotion mechanics ▫️Experience managing large budgets (Big Spend) - successful cases of managing budgets from $100,000+ to $500,000+ with the achievement and overachievement of planned targets (ROI / ROAS) ▫️Confirmed cases - readiness to provide examples of past placements, analytics, and campaign results in the foreign market ▫️Languages - fluent working English for communication with bloggers plus Russian for operational communication with our internal team
