🚀 We are looking for a Financial Data Automation Specialist / Finance Analyst / Business Analyst (RF only)

We are looking for someone to join our finance department team who can help transform manual and routine processes into understandable, automated solutions.

This is not a classic programmer position. What's more important to us is not a specific tech stack, but the ability to understand a business task, grasp data logic, and create a working solution using modern AI tools.

If you know how to code with an AI vibe: set a task for a neural network, get the code, understand it yourself, refine it, test it, and verify the result — you should join us.

What you will be doing:

• automating the processing of financial and transactional data;
• developing internal applications, scripts, and processors;
• automating transactional reconciliations, matching, and discrepancy identification;
• working with large volumes of structured data;
• creating tools for financial and management reporting;
• optimizing existing finance department processes;
• independently devising solution logic, testing them, and being responsible for the final result.

What's important:

• 2–5 years of experience;
• experience working with financial, transactional, or large structured data;
• understanding of databases, data processing, matching, grouping, and aggregation;
• confident use of AI tools to solve applied problems;
• experience in automation, script development, internal tools, or applications;
• systematic and analytical thinking;
• attention to detail — especially important when dealing with financial data.

The tech stack is not critical: Python, C#, C++, SQL, low-code, AI coding — choose what allows you to achieve a correct and maintainable solution.

Experience in FinTech, banks, E-commerce, a financial department, as well as a financial education or experience as an analyst/financier, will be a big plus.

💰 Salary is discussed individually based on interview results. 📍 RF, Moscow — priority, but not mandatory. 🏠 Remote / hybrid / office in Moscow. 🕙 5/2, 10:00–19:00. 📄 Official employment according to the Labor Code of the RF. 👥 Strong onboarding and knowledge transfer from the team.
