We are looking for a TL who can handle large volumes and wants to scale the team without infrastructure limitations.

What you will have: • In-house product • Tier-1/2 GEO (Europe) • $100k+ spend per buyer • Own farm department • Separate creative team • Separate technical department • Analytics and all necessary infrastructure for залив (traffic feeding) • No micromanagement - you make decisions on buying and scaling yourself • Opportunity to develop your own team and influence its results • If you already have a strong team - we are ready to discuss its transition with you

Your responsibilities will include:

• testing new connections and approaches
• building processes that allow for scaling

Who we are looking for: • 2+ years in Media Buying • 1+ year of actual Gambling experience • experience with FB + Tier 1/2 • team management experience • experience working with large budgets • understanding how to scale profitable traffic, not just spend budget
