We are looking for a Computer Vision Tech Lead for a large-scale, state-level video monitoring and intelligent video analytics system.
Responsibilities: โ Lead the Computer Vision Engineering team โ Design the architecture of production AI systems โ Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews โ Decompose tasks and control implementation quality โ Develop processing pipelines for dozens and hundreds of RTSP streams โ Optimize inference on GPU and CPU โ Make key technical decisions โ Participate in hiring and development of the AI team
Core Stack: Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, RTSP, GStreamer, NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, ONNX, OpenVINO, CUDA, FastAPI/gRPC, Docker, and Kubernetes.
What's important: โ Strong commercial experience in Computer Vision and Video Analytics โ Experience in technical leadership or mentoring โ Launching production AI systems โ Solid knowledge of Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, and YOLO โ Practical experience with RTSP, GStreamer, DeepStream, and TensorRT โ Model optimization via ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, CUDA, or Quantization โ Understanding of high-load video stream processing โ Ability to make and justify architectural decisions
Will be a plus: โ Triton Inference Server โ C++ and CUDA โ Kafka and data streaming โ MLflow and MLOps โ ViT, DETR, Swin, and Video Transformers โ VLM, RAG, LangGraph, vLLM, and Function Calling โ Experience in hiring and building AI teams
