We are looking for a Head of DWH - a leader who combines deep technical expertise in DWH/ClickHouse, architectural thinking, and management skills.
Stack: ClickHouse, SQL, Python, Airflow, dbt, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git.
✅ Key Requirements and Tasks
- ClickHouse - core expertise: MergeTree design, partitioning, TTL, query optimization, sharding/replication, S3 backups.
- ETL/ELT and Orchestration: Airflow, dbt, data quality, tests, data freshness monitoring, data contracts.
- Team Management: hiring, onboarding, development, performance review, development processes, roadmap, OKR, budget.
- Business and Data Governance: requirements gathering, prioritization, C-level communication, data catalog, lineage, GDPR/152-FZ, access control.
