Automation Engineer

Alber Blanc is looking for an Automation Engineer to automate internal processes and support office.

📍 Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office The role combines workflow automation and hands-on IT support

⚡️Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automations for HR, Finance, IT and Admin teams. • Integrate Slack, ClickUp, BambooHR and other systems through APIs and webhooks. • Gather requirements, develop bots and workflows, and maintain existing solutions. • Use Claude Code and Codex to develop automations, validate results and troubleshoot failures. • Support office internet, meeting rooms, cameras, microphones and employee devices. • Coordinate equipment procurement, maintain inventory, and manage device assignment, returns and buyouts.

✨Requirements:

• Experience in IT support or systems administration. • Practical knowledge of Python or JavaScript, REST APIs and webhooks. • Experience with Linux, Docker, Git and deployment pipelines.
