The digital health platform SberZdorovye is looking for a CTO (Interactive AI Services).
What will be the CTO's key mission: they are looking not just for a development lead, but for a technological leader who will build a new generation engineering organization.
The future CTO is expected to:
- Build an AI Native Engineering Organization.
- Implement AI PDLC as the primary development process.
- Organize the work of autonomous Tiny Teams.
- Create a culture of continuous experimentation and rapid hypothesis-to-product delivery.
- Widely use AI to automate engineering activities.
- Reduce the time for the complete Idea → Prototype → MVP → Production cycle.
- Form an engineering culture where the speed of learning and innovation adoption becomes a key competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the technological strategy of the domain in collaboration with the Product Lead and business.
- Be responsible for the development and evolution of key domain products: a new generation mobile application, an AI assistant, a personalized risk profile platform, and intelligent services to improve quality of life and longevity.
- Form an AI Native engineering organization that ensures rapid delivery of new products and features.
- Implement modern AI PDLC practices at all stages of the AI product lifecycle – from idea and research to industrial operation.
- Organize an effective R&D process, rapid prototyping, and validation of product hypotheses.
- Lead several autonomous engineering teams (Tiny Teams), ensuring their high efficiency and accountability for the final result.
- Develop Agentic AI development practices, AI Coding, and the use of AI tools for automating engineering activities.
- Form a scalable AI-first product architecture that ensures rapid deployment of new models, services, and user scenarios.
- Manage solution architecture, technical debt, and technological risks.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, observability, and security of industrial-grade services.
- Foster an engineering culture based on automation, continuous learning, experimentation, and process improvement.
- Formulate the domain's technological roadmap and ensure the achievement of business and product goals.
Requirements:
- Experience leading multiple engineering development teams for at least 2 years.
- Experience in creating and developing modern digital products with high change delivery speed.
- Experience in forming and implementing product technological strategy.
- Practical experience in building industrial-grade mobile and backend product architectures.
- Experience in managing architecture, development quality, and technical debt.
- Practical experience in implementing AI PDLC or similar AI product development processes.
- Deep understanding of the AI product lifecycle: Data → Prompt → Model → Evaluation → Production → Monitoring → Continuous Improvement.
- Understanding of modern approaches to developing LLM applications, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Tool Calling, MCP, Workflow Orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Practical experience using modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
- Experience in building R&D processes, rapid prototyping, and product hypothesis validation.
- Experience organizing the work of autonomous engineering teams (Tiny Teams).
- Experience in developing mobile applications and high-load backend services.
- Understanding of the principles of building personalized digital services and working with user data.
- Understanding of modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, Observability, and Platform Engineering practices.
- Experience in effective interaction with product teams and business.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience creating AI-first products based on modern LLMs.
- Experience in building agent platforms or multi-agent systems.
- Experience implementing AI Native Engineering in an engineering organization.
- Experience organizing AI Quality Engineering, Continuous Evaluation, and AI Observability processes.
- Experience creating personalized recommendation systems.
- Experience developing AI Copilot, AI Assistant, or AI Agent products.
- Experience in MedTech, HealthTech, Digital Health, or Wellness.
- Experience creating mobile consumer products with high daily active users (DAU/MAU).
- Understanding of modern Product Discovery, Experiment Driven Development, and Lean Startup approaches.
