We are looking for a Product Manager to launch a new major functionality.
You will be responsible for creating the Product Vision for the future solution for both existing and new audiences. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in developing new products "under the guidance" of experienced mentors with broad expertise (the position involves direct communication with the company's CPO and CMO).
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Be responsible for the release of functionality in your area and the results of its implementation.
- Study the audience, gather customer and partner needs, and analyze statistics.
- Formulate problems, risks, user experience, and necessary changes.
- Describe requirements, user stories, CJMs, create prototypes, diagrams, and other artifacts.
- Maintain the product backlog.
- Promote ideas for product improvement, conduct brainstorming sessions, demo meetings, and stand-ups. Participate in customer meetings. Inspire the team and colleagues.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in software product management (or in a business/system analyst role).
- Experience in creating features and applications.
- Proven experience in creating a product with well-thought-out features and interface.
- Genuine interest and understanding of the entrepreneur audience, a desire to make their lives better.
