We need a person who can control the department's work, distribute the workload among employees, and monitor the stability of internal processes. If necessary, they should be able to independently handle technical tasks and incidents.

Responsibilities: ▫️Control of the system administration department's work ▫️Task and workload distribution ▫️Infrastructure and internal services control ▫️Incident resolution participation ▫️Coordination of processes within the team ▫️Support and development of internal IT processes

What is important: ▫️Experience in system administration ▫️Understanding of networks and IT infrastructure ▫️Experience with VPN (WireGuard), RDP ▫️Experience with Google Sheets / Excel ▫️Understanding of process automation ▫️Experience or desire to manage a team and projects ▫️Responsibility and high engagement ▫️Priority is given to candidates not located in the Russian Federation

Conditions: ▫️Fully remote format ▫️5/2 schedule ▫️It is important to be available in case of critical situations ▫️The current manager will gradually introduce you to the processes and hand over tasks ▫️Salary: from $1000 (discussed individually)

▪️P2P Product Owner / Project Manager (Fintech)

What needs to be done: ▫️Develop and support the P2P product ▫️Build and optimize processes ▫️Analyze product metrics and effectiveness ▫️Coordinate interaction between teams ▫️Control the implementation of solutions for clients and partners ▫️Work with tasks in a dynamic environment ▫️Participate in the development and scaling of the fintech product

What is important: ▫️Experience as Product Owner / Project Manager / Product Manager ▫️Understanding of P2P or fintech/payments ▫️Analytical and systemic thinking ▫️Experience in managing processes and communication between teams ▫️English B1–B2 ▫️Confident use of AI tools

Will be a plus: ▫️Experience in fintech / payments / iGaming ▫️Understanding of payment infrastructure ▫️Experience in product scaling ▫️Priority is given to candidates not located in the Russian Federation
