We are looking for a Junior Partner to join our team for launching new projects

We create and develop several B2B and B2C online products.

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to go through the journey with us from an idea and initial hypotheses to a working product and sales.

This is not a narrow vacancy with a single function. At the start, you will need to get involved in various tasks: — market research; — product hypothesis testing; — participating in initial sales; — collecting feedback; — helping to launch and improve products; — gradually taking responsibility for a specific project or area.

Experience in a specific position is not required. Initiative, quick learning ability, independence, willingness to communicate extensively with people, and bringing tasks to completion are more important.

This is suitable for a graduate, a budding entrepreneur, or a specialist who wants to gain real experience in launching different products, work alongside active entrepreneurs, and eventually become a full-fledged partner.

We will start with joint work on real tasks. If we match in terms of pace, approach, and results, the individual will be able to take on one of the projects and qualify for equity.
