Telegram Ads Media Buyer

Position: Telegram Ads Media Buyer (Hybrid Belgrade)

We are a performance gambling agency. We build the full cycle: from strategy development and funnel building to traffic acquisition and further audience engagement with a focus on Retention. For the client, we are not just a contractor, but a complete performance structure.

Key Tasks:

— Develop and test funnels for acquiring target traffic; — Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in Telegram Ads; — Test ad creatives, traffic sources, and landing pages; — Assign tasks to designers and independently create text and AI creatives; — Control advertising budgets and key performance indicators: ROI/ROAS, LTV, conversion cost; — Analyze data in Keitaro and end-to-end analytics systems; — Search for new traffic sources, channels, and technical solutions for stable scaling; — Monitor changes and trends in Telegram Ads and performance marketing.

Who We Are Looking For:

— At least 1 year of experience with Telegram Ads; — Current experience in iGaming / Gambling will be a significant advantage; — Understanding of performance marketing and funnel building principles; — Experience with analytics and tracking, preferably Keitaro; — Ability to work with KPIs and independently make decisions on campaign optimization; — Readiness to independently test hypotheses, creatives, and new traffic sources; — Systemic approach and a focus on numbers.
