Senior C++ Developer at Yandex Browser

Yandex Browser is one of the most ambitious projects based on Chromium. We work on Browser features, helping millions of our users, adding improvements and fixing Chromium bugs, helping a billion users of all Chromium-based browsers.

We are looking for developers who will help us improve the Browser.

Here you can work on the "under-the-hood" part that interacts with the operating system, network, and is the business logic for features, or work on the development of our UI — a set of frameworks that allow you to create fast and user-friendly interfaces.

Currently, we are working on the development of Browser "applications," the development of automatic video and image translation, and speeding up the Browser. Our stack:

We write in C++ 17 and 20. Scripts that help with builds are in Python, dist-clang (our development), for distributed builds on farms in our data centers, we use Git, Bitbucket, and Teamcity, Pulse (internal development) for analyzing Browser performance and the performance testing analysis system. What you need to do:

• participate in the development of new Browser features at all stages: from architecture design to writing code;
• cover your code with tests, review your own and others' code;
• speed up Browser components;
• take part in integrations with other services and teams.
