We are looking for a junior Product Manager to join our iGaming product team in Cyprus.
This role is for someone who wants to grow in product management, enjoys diving into tasks, communicating extensively with teams, and bringing features to completion. Initially, you will have a strong mentor to help with prioritization, approaches, and product decisions.
What you will be doing:
- Participating in the launch of new iGaming brands;
- Gathering and clarifying requirements from business and internal teams;
- Transforming ideas and hypotheses into clear tasks for development;
- Coordinating tasks between design, frontend, backend, QA, content, marketing, and other teams;
- Supporting tasks from idea to testing and release;
- Analyzing results after launch and identifying growth opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in the role of Junior Product Manager / Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Project Coordinator / Delivery Manager or a related role;
- Understanding of development processes and interaction with dev / QA / design teams;
- Ability to gather, structure, and describe requirements;
- Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools;
- Strong communication skills, systematic approach, and results orientation;
- Experience in iGaming will be a plus;
- Technical background or close collaboration with technical teams;
