We are looking for an attentive and responsible KYC / Onboarding Specialist for a fintech company office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Initial check and verification of new client documents (KYC/CDD).
- Monitoring and updating client profiles, processing onboarding requests.
- Interaction with clients and related departments to collect missing documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in KYC, Onboarding, or document verification (1+ year in fintech, payment systems will be an advantage).
- Possession of a work permit in Cyprus (EU citizen / Cyprus Yellow Slip / Work permit) - the company does not provide visa support.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
- Willingness to work a shift schedule (alternating shifts, no night shifts).
- Attention to detail, perseverance, and a high level of responsibility.
