I’m currently hiring for two Product Designer positions for an international gaming product. If you’re passionate about UX, design systems, and creating user experiences tailored to different markets, let’s connect!
🌍 1. Product Designer — Native Arabic + Russian
We’re looking for a Middle+ / Senior Product Designer to help adapt and scale a product for Arabic-speaking markets in North Africa.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Native Arabic, including knowledge of Fusha and an understanding of local Arabic dialects.
- Russian proficiency for daily communication with the product and development teams.
- Hands-on experience designing RTL interfaces, with a portfolio featuring Arabic/RTL product cases.
- Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, variables, design tokens, and component libraries.Understanding of Arabic-speaking users’ behavior and UX patterns.
- Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Figma AI.
- Experience in iGaming, gamification, or monetization is a plus.🇹🇷
- Product Designer — Native Turkish + Russian
We’re looking for a Product Designer to improve the user experience and adapt a product for the Turkish market.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of commercial Product / UI/UX Design experience.
- Native Turkish and Russian proficiency for effective team communication.
- Strong understanding of Turkish culture, user behavior, and visual trends.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma from scratch.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX flows and high-quality UI solutions.
- Confident use of AI tools in everyday design work.
- Experience with iGaming, other emerging markets (MENA, APAC, SSA), or animation is a plus.
