Job description: RioRise is a mobile MMO with an audience core in Brazil. It is played in Latin America, Indonesia, USA, and we are launching in Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia. Millions of installs per month on both platforms.
We are looking for an ASO manager to take full ownership of the area: organic installs growth and app page conversion in Google Play and App Store.
Tasks: — Grow organic visibility: semantics for our geos, positions for core queries, getting into recommendations, collections, and similar apps — Be responsible for app page conversion from entry to install in key geos — Plan and conduct A/B tests of icons, screenshots, videos, and texts: experiments in Google Play, Product Page Optimization, and custom pages in App Store. Maintain a test history that can be referred back to in six months — Prepare tasks for designers for store visuals and assess what exactly drives conversion — Apple Search Ads: launch, tests, ROI assessment. Separately - as a data source on real demand for queries — Monitor vitals and app quality, bring reasoned tasks to the product when the technical condition limits promotion
What we expect from the candidate: — 3-5 years in ASO for mobile games, with results that can be explained and confirmed — Both platforms hands-on: Google Play Console and App Store Connect, including experiments, localizations, and promotional materials — Ability to plan a correct test and honestly interpret the results, including negative ones: hypothesis, sample size, significance, decision — Work with store analytics tools: AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or similar
