Responsibilities

·        consult clients in the bank branch

·        sell Sber's products and services and assist with their application

·        train clients on using Sber's services and products

·        process payments and transfers

Requirements

·        specialist with secondary education or higher

·        actively use gadgets

·        friendly and willing to help clients

·        willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).

Previous experience in sales, customer service, and client consulting will be a plus.
