Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Solid practical knowledge of Entity Framework and EF Core.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software delivery practices.
• Proven experience improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of production systems.
• Experience leading developers, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Good understanding of API design, integrations, and software architecture principles.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English for direct collaboration with an international team and US-based client.

Nice to Have

• Frontend development experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with Redis or other distributed caching solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure Front Door, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Storage.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Experience implementing test automation and CI/CD quality gates.
