📌Responsibilities:
- Migration of logic and data: transferring processes from Oracle (stored procedures/packages) to a new platform;
- Writing, decomposing, and assembling complex SQL queries (window functions, ranking, grouping, subqueries);
- Gathering and formalizing requirements (separating business requirements from functional requirements);
- Interacting with diverse clients: adapting communication to the technical and non-technical backgrounds of stakeholders;
- Drawing database table relationship diagrams (draw.io);
- Developing new processes and analyzing existing ones;
- Working at an intensive pace, managing multiple tasks in parallel without loss of quality;
- Participating in technical interviews and communicating with the migration team.
🔺Requirements:
- SQL proficiency at a strong Middle+ / entry-level Senior level: deep knowledge of window functions, ranking, grouping, subqueries. Ability to understand complex queries and rebuild them;
- Understanding the differences between functional and business requirements;
- Experience in drawing DB diagrams (table relationships) in draw.io;
- Developed communication skills: ability to gather requirements, conduct technical interviews, communicate flexibly with clients of varying preparation levels;
- Ability to work in a multitasking and intensive environment, maintaining balance and quality of work;
- Sincere interest in data analytics, process analysis, and development of new solutions;
- High responsibility and engagement.
➕ Will be a plus:
- Experience in the banking sector (Analyst role);
- Experience in migration teams;
- Experience with Oracle: proficiency in procedural programming (stored procedures, packages), as migration is from there;
- Experience with Greenplum / Datalake.
