Architect / SAP FSM Architect (Field Service Management & AI Integration)

Requirements: ID: SAP_Gul. Highly qualified SAP FSM Architect to take on technical leadership and development of the global field service management ecosystem. In this position, you will become the Global Key Contact in the support structure, design end-to-end Field Service processes, and implement innovations from SAP AI to intuitive Fiori-based interfaces. Expert technical knowledge of the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platform. Deep practical experience in creating Smart Forms, configuring complex business rules, extensions, and reporting (Jasper or HTML). Excellent understanding of end-to-end Field Service business processes within the SAP ecosystem. Practical experience or strong understanding of SAP AI technologies (Joule, SAP Insights). Knowledge of SnapLogic technology (or similar iPaaS tools) for interface monitoring and debugging will be a significant plus. Experience with SAP Fiori technology will be a big advantage. Fluent English for effective communication in an international team. Project language: English.

**Location:**📍Remote from EU countries, with mandatory visits to the office in Bucharest (Romania) once a month.
