We are looking for a Motion Designer to create advertising video creatives for mobile games for the Monta Ponta studio.
Remote work, full-time format.
We make mobile games in the Idle Tycoon and Idle Arcade genres and are looking for a specialist who can create short, dynamic, and understandable advertising videos for UA campaigns. Creatives can be based on real gameplay, staged scenes, 2D/3D animation, UI animations, fake gameplay, or a mix of different formats.
Responsibilities: 🔸Creating advertising videos for mobile games; 🔸Editing gameplay footage and staged scenes; 🔸Creating 2D/3D animations, effects, transitions, and UI animations; 🔸Working with references and competitor creatives; 🔸Participating in generating ideas, hooks, and visual hypotheses; 🔸Preparing different creative variants for testing.
Requirements: 🔸Proficient in After Effects; 🔸Experience in creating creatives for mobile games; 🔸Good sense of editing, rhythm, composition, and dynamics; 🔸Understanding how to grab the viewer's attention in the first seconds of the video; 🔸Ability to work with references and quickly create different variations; 🔸Understanding the basics of 2D/3D animation; 🔸Skills in using AI tools; 🔸Portfolio / showreel with video examples.
Will be a plus: 🔸Experience with Unity: gameplay capture, cameras, scenes, materials, Timeline / Cinemachine; 🔸Experience with Unreal Engine; 🔸Skills in working with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D software; 🔸Skills in working with Photoshop / Illustrator; 🔸Understanding of performance marketing, UA, and A/B testing; 🔸Experience in creating fake gameplay, playable-style videos, or UGC-style creatives.
