🚀 Product Owner | Crypto Custody Platform

The Vault is a crypto-financial company from Limassol developing an MPC-based platform for storing crypto assets and managing wallets for institutional and retail clients.

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of the product: vision, roadmap, backlog, and requirements.

What you will do: — Formulate and develop the product vision and roadmap; — Prioritize the backlog considering clients, security audits, research, and regulatory requirements; — Translate complex cryptographic and security requirements into understandable product requirements; — Develop key platform capabilities: MPC, threshold signing, HSM, Ledger, recovery & policy flows; — Conduct customer/stakeholder discovery and prepare specifications; — Balance new features, platform security, and technical debt; — Interact with Cryptography, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Design teams; — Represent the product to partners, auditors, and investors.

What is important: 🔹 Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a technical product — especially crypto custody, fintech, security, or cryptography; 🔹 Understanding of MPC / threshold signatures, HSM, hardware wallets, key management; 🔹 Ability to work with cryptographers, security engineers, and auditors; 🔹 Strong skills in writing requirements and acceptance criteria; 🔹 Experience with regulatory and audit requirements; 🔹 Excellent English.

Will be a plus: • Experience with blockchain / wallets / Web3; • Experience with security audits and penetration testing; • Experience working with both institutional and retail segments.
