🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. A Technical PdM, acting as a sole contributor, who will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of small and medium-sized product solutions. Large-scale solutions will remain with the CTO.
2. A Technical PdM with hands-on experience, NOT a manager of PdMs. We need a Tech PdM who has worked as a sole contributor in a very small team.
3. We need a Tech PdM who grew from a developer role (NOT a development lead, but a developer specifically).
4. This is NOT a Project Manager or task coordinator role. We need someone who can design the product's behavior.
5. A Tech PdM who holds a long-term visa in one of these countries: Portugal, Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, All countries of South America.

⛔️ WHO IS NOT A GOOD FIT:

1. Candidates who held the position of Head of Product or higher.
2. Candidates from large teams. Our team is very small.
3. Candidates who held positions: COO, Project Manager, Team Lead, CTO – this is NOT relevant work experience.
4. Candidates with predominantly or last experience in outsourcing or freelance arrangements.
5. Candidates residing outside the listed countries.
6. We do NOT consider candidates who are like "I live here, my business is registered there" or "I live here sometimes, there other times" or "I plan to live there but currently I'm here" or "I live in a different time zone but it's convenient for me to work in your time zones".

🏅 REQUIREMENTS: 1. Long-term visa in the country of residence – mandatory. 2. 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager. 3. Previous experience of 2+ years as a hands-on developer or engineer: DevOps, QA, Data, etc. 4. 6+ years of experience in software development. 5. 3+ years of experience with technical SaaS products, including APIs, webhooks, useful JSON payloads, logs, error codes, permissions, and integrations. 6. Conversational English at C1+ level (English-speaking team).

🧑🏽‍💻 MAIN TASK: Own day-to-day product execution for small and medium product decisions, working closely with the CTO as the primary owner of broader product direction.
