**We are hiring an SMM Manager for the marketing agency Fusion agency.

Our marketing agency is looking for talented and creative SMM specialists who want to grow in this field and bring their ideas and enthusiasm to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of creatives, content plan.
- Full promotion of Instagram accounts.
- Development of promotion campaign strategies, search and testing of hypotheses
- Determination of audience settings for effective promotion
- Giving technical tasks to designers and mobile operators
- Analytics and creation of strategies to improve results
Requirements:
- Experience with SMM projects for at least 1 year
- Understanding of how Meta Ads works
- Working with formulas and tables (Excel)
- Knowledge of internet marketing and SMM (need to understand how a sales funnel works and through which channels users are engaged);
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to withstand pressure and see things through to completion
- Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages
Work schedule 6/1 from 9:00 to 18:00.
Salary from 6 million to 8 million sums per month. Payment 1 time per month.
