QA Lead (3+ years of experience in Java Appium Mobile + team management)
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (relocation)
Salary: from $3200
Responsibilities:
- Leading the testing function in the company ❗️ Important: 3+ years of experience in managing a QA team and experience working with multiple testers simultaneously + Java Appium Mobile stack is required;
- Coordination of distributed QA teams;
- Managing specialists' workload;
- Assigning testers to projects;
- Building and developing testing processes;
- Participation in the development of the QA direction and team;
- Interaction with product and technical teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing a testing team;
- Practical experience in managing QA engineers;
- Experience in allocating resources among projects and teams;
- Experience in building or optimizing testing processes;
- Understanding of the full software testing cycle;
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams;
- Conversational Russian language.
