Our distributed Dev team numbers over 800 specialists and has been developing its own products since 2012 – advertising platforms, games, mobile entertainment applications, and fintech products.
We are looking for a Technical Team Lead for the Product Security department, who will take responsibility for the strategy and process building for protecting our distributed, high-load systems – from applications to infrastructure (web, mobile applications, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD). You will form and develop the team, implement secure practices in SDLC, and work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, development, and SOC/SecOps.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational management of the security direction.
- Leadership and coordination of multiple teams.
- Building secure development, monitoring, and infrastructure audit processes.
- Forming a roadmap for the development of security functions and team efficiency metrics.
- Interaction with engineering and product teams on the functioning of the direction.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in information security.
- Expert experience in at least two of the four areas: SOC, AppSec, Infrastructure Security, Pentest.
- Understanding of the other areas at the level of architecture and processes.
- Experience managing multiple teams and building effective processes.
- Ability to formulate KPIs, build roadmaps, and implement strategic initiatives in the field of security.
