About the role The holding company is launching a fork of its own iGaming platform as a standalone product. The management team of the brand consists of: Brand Owner, Product Owner (this role), Tech Lead. The sponsor is the CPO of the holding. Initially, you will be hands-on. Then you will build a team around yourself. The immediate task pool includes: FORK v.1 + CMS, redesign, mirrors/redirectors, events in n8n, CRM cluster. We are looking for a Zen disposition: calm, thinks clearly, quickly gets acquainted with an unfamiliar system.

Responsibilities: — Own the product end-to-end: player front-end, back-office, infrastructure, integrations — Manage the immediate task pool until release: FORK v.1, CMS, redesign, mirrors, n8n, CRM — Work with the platform team as a related unit: grooming, planning, demos, incidents — Decompose to an engineering level: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases — Defend the roadmap before the CPO and product management — Maintain metrics: sprint predictability, time-to-release, MTTR, availability

What we expect — 6+ years in product, including 3+ years in iGaming with platform products — Mandatory: Experience managing an iGaming platform roadmap or instance — Mandatory: Experience working with related development from the brand side — Mandatory: Fork / white-label, CMS, n8n, CRM integrations — Big plus: Confident work with agentic AI and Claude Code — English Upper-Intermediate+, Russian fluent
