Requirements: We are looking for a strong backend engineer for an AI/B2C product. We need someone who can not only write code but also build systems from scratch: make architectural decisions, quickly launch new services, and be responsible for their operation in production. What you will be doing: Designing backend services for highload (10K+ RPS). Working with critical paths: Databases, queues, cache, latency. AI/LLM integrations, content generation, Telegram/TMA products. Developing event-driven and async architecture. Launching MVPs and rapid product iterations. Participating in technical decisions and architectural discussions. Stack: Python 3.11+, AsyncIO, FastAPI, aiogram. PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis. Kafka/RabbitMQ. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. TypeScript/React as a plus. What's important: Strong backend engineering mindset. Experience with production/highload systems. Ownership and independence. Ability to work quickly in conditions of uncertainty. Ability to make decisions and justify trade-offs. Will be a good plus: Telegram/TMA experience. AI/LLM products. Fintech/payments/realtime systems. Startup/small team experience.
