AI Creative Producer - Performance Creatives

We are looking for a creative producer who can independently produce performance creatives using AI and scale them into a content factory.

We need a creative producer + hands-on AI creator. Not just an automatizer who builds pipelines, and not a producer who comes up with concepts and hands them over to motion designers. It’s important to be able to go through the entire process independently – from idea to finished advertising video.

What needs to be done: — come up with concepts, hooks, and scripts for performance creatives for different audiences and hypotheses; — independently produce static images and videos using AI tools – from generation to final editing; — create UGC-style and short-form video ads for web2web funnels; — build your own AI pipeline and automate production to release hundreds of creatives and variations; — launch hypotheses into tests, analyze results, and iterate creatives quickly; — focus on numbers: win rate, CAC/CPA, and the number of creatives that show results.

Who we are looking for: — have real experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Producer for performance marketing; — independently create creatives yourself, without a separate motion designer; — use AI in production daily, not just experimented with ChatGPT; — work with AI video, image generation, voiceovers, and LLMs: Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools; — be able to work with editing and graphics: CapCut, After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools; — understand performance marketing, A/B tests, CAC/CPA, and win rate; — be able to analyze results and improve creatives based on data; — think about scaling: templates, batch production, automation, APIs, and custom pipelines. Experience with subscription products, EdTech, web2web, and web2app will be a big plus.

Conditions: — remote, full-time; — all AI subscriptions and necessary tools are paid for by the company; — fixed salary – based on your expectations + bonus for each win-creative; — opportunity to independently build a production pipeline, test hypotheses, and scale the best solutions.
