We are the leading IT integrator in Uzbekistan. We have significant digital transformation ahead, and we need someone to take charge of the quality and speed of our delivery.
What you'll be doing: • Steering the Delivery helm on large Enterprise & Fintech projects. • Setting up a seamless flow between development, QA, DevOps, and business. • Implementing DORA metrics, managing SLA/OLA, risks, and blockers. • Translating ambitious business goals into a clear Roadmap and transparent releases.
What's important to us: ✔️ 4+ years of experience in SDM / Delivery Lead / Senior PM (in IT). ✔️ Ability to work with delivery metrics and manage processes in teams of 30+ people. ✔️ Excellent knowledge of Agile, ITIL/ITSM and full expertise in the software and mobile application development lifecycle (Mobile SDLC). ✔️ Experience working with C-level executives and the ability to find common ground with both technical and business stakeholders.
