Junior Flutter Developer

Remote Full-time Salary- $500-$2000

MST is a product holding company, we create our own mobile subscription applications. We have in-house development, our own R&D, and complete freedom from bureaucracy.

What awaits you:

• Remote work and paid internship (1–2 weeks).
• Rapid growth: from Junior to Tech Lead based on real results and initiative.
• Having a MacBook is mandatory for local iOS builds.

What you will do:

• Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter.
• Handle the full iOS cycle: from local builds to publishing on the App Store.
• Integrate analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer, Firebase).
• Participate in architectural decision-making and performance optimization.

What we are looking for (Must have):

• Confident experience with Flutter and experience building/deploying for iOS.
• Skills in applying AI tools in real-world development.
• Understanding of mobile analytics principles.
• You find solutions yourself and don't wait for instructions.

Selection stages:

Test task → HR interview → Technical screening → Paid internship → Offer.
