Middle/Middle+ System Analyst (SA)

Location: RF / Belarus Industry: Retail Project duration: from 6 months Format: remote Payment: approximately 1500 RUB/hour (discussed based on interview results).

About the project:

Development of a new service for managing the lifecycle of electronic shipping documents in a large retail company.

Responsibilities:

✔ Analyze existing integrations with adjacent systems ✔ Gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements ✔ Design new services and integration solutions ✔ Decompose tasks for the development team ✔ Participate in UAT, implementation, and incident analysis ✔ Interact with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams ✔ Monitor implementation deadlines and resolve cross-team blockers

Requirements:

✔ System analyst experience of 3+ years ✔ Experience in designing integration solutions (10+ services) ✔ Experience in the field of Electronic Document Management (EDM) ✔ XML, XSD, REST API, OpenAPI (Swagger), Postman ✔ Apache Kafka ✔ PostgreSQL, SQL ✔ Camunda (business process modeling) ✔ UML (Use Case, Sequence) ✔ Understanding of BFF and C4 architectures ✔ GitHub, Agile (DoR, DoD, AC) ✔ Experience with log analysis, UAT, and End-to-End testing

Will be an advantage: ➕ Experience in independently managing tasks from business requirements to release. ➕ Experience in large integration projects with a significant number of teams.
