Java Team Lead / Engineering Manager / Development Team Lead

What you will be doing:

• Formulate strategies and roadmaps — you influence not only the code, but also the business
• Develop technical architecture — you implement your ideas and modern engineering approaches
• Lead a cross-functional team — you build strong and effective development
• Influence the full development cycle — coding, feature implementation, code review, quality control, process optimization
• Participate in implementing best practices of DevOps and CI/CD
