Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- teach clients how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, and exchanging money
Requirements
- have a secondary education or higher
- are friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — our own courses are available).
