Team Lead Media Buyer|Facebook

SINNERS team is looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer who will manage media buyers, scale traffic acquisition, and lead the team to new results.

🖍️RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management and development of the media buying team;
• Stable results and scaling of traffic acquisition volumes;
• Monitoring campaign effectiveness and expenses;
• Organizing work with direct offers, creatives, Android / iOS / PWA;
• Interaction with the tech and creative teams;
• Development of internal processes.

✏️REQUIREMENTS:

• Team Lead experience in FB iGaming for at least 2 years; -Experience with Tier-2/Tier-3 geos;
• Current cases from the last 6 months (with statistics);
• Budgets of $30k+ per month;
• Auto-bidding (Dolphin, etc.), PWA (SCAC, Apps), ability to build funnels;
• Understanding of geos and offers;
• Ability to resolve "storms" and lead the team out of stagnation;
• Result-oriented and teamwork attitude, no parallel projects;
• Communication skills and discipline, a "competitive spirit" is welcomed.
