In a group of companies with over 20 years of history, operating in the premium retail segment.

We are looking for a strong specialist who will become the chief accountant's "right hand": able to independently manage key accounting areas, control the correctness and timeliness of operations, and work with a team. The role involves a deep dive into operational accounting and is suitable for a candidate interested in further professional development with the prospect of growing into the chief accountant position.

Areas of Responsibility:

• accounting and tax accounting for assigned areas;
• lease accounting under FSBU 25/2018;
• inventory and trade accounting;
• period closing, settlements with counterparties;
• data preparation for reporting;
• support for audit and tax inspections;
• participation in process automation and accounting methodology development.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax accounting.
• Experience as a Deputy Chief Accountant, Head of Department, or Lead Accountant.
• Experience in retail and understanding of inventory and trade accounting specifics is a priority.
• Practical experience in lease accounting and confident knowledge of FSBU 25/2018.
• Deep knowledge of Russian accounting and tax legislation.
• Confident proficiency in 1C 8.3.
• Willingness to independently manage accounting areas and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Experience in coordinating the work of accounting staff and providing methodological support to the team.
• Experience in automating accounting processes will be an advantage.
• Focus on professional growth and readiness to develop into the Chief Accountant role in the future.

The position involves direct interaction with the Chief Accountant and the opportunity to gradually expand the scope of responsibility.
