📌 Role Overview We're looking for engineers who think holistically, automate relentlessly, and are fluent in AI tooling & infrastructure — grounded in disciplined engineering principles. You'll build scalable AI-powered applications that deliver real business value at speed.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI apps (CI/CD, testing, observability, cloud-native)
• Build reusable platforms (conversational bots, AI search, unstructured data processing, GenBI)
• Work embedded with business stakeholders on high-priority AI solutions
• Integrate LLMs, vector DBs, RAG, AI agents into robust applications
• Champion automation: data ingestion → preprocessing → evaluation → deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and engineers
• Stay current with AI but prioritize practical delivery over research

🧠 Requirements

• 4+ years software engineering — shipped complex production systems independently
• Strong Python (microservices, APIs, backend)
• Solid software architecture + cloud (AWS, Azure) + DevOps
• Experience integrating ML/LLMs into production (APIs, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, agents)
• Balance engineering rigor with delivery speed
