Tria Finance
Location: Outside of Russia and Belarus
Tria Finance is a fintech startup at the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance. We are building a high-load SaaS platform for storing and managing crypto assets for institutional clients.
We are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with crypto experience who can independently lead feature development end-to-end — from backend design on Go/Node.js to complex interfaces on React.
🔥 What you will be doing:
- Developing product features end-to-end: Go + Node.js/Express + React
- Designing backend services using DDD, Clean Architecture, bounded contexts, aggregates, and domain events
- Working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB: schemas, indexing, query optimization, migrations
- Developing REST API, webhooks, and event-driven workflows
- Creating complex React interfaces: dashboards, admin panels, forms, status workflows, audit views
- Ensuring production-ready code: testing, logging, metrics, tracing, and error handling
- Using AI tools (Cursor / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code and similar) daily — for development, refactoring, and test generation, always verifying the results
🎯 What is important to us:
- 5+ years of commercial development of production systems
- Strong backend experience with Go and experience with Node.js / Express
- Proficient React + TypeScript
- Practical experience with DDD, not just knowledge of the terminology
- Good understanding of concurrency, API design, reliability, and debugging
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience with GORM, Mongoose, or similar ORM/ODM
- Ability to work with raw SQL and aggregation pipelines when necessary
- Testing experience: Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests
- Practical experience with Web3 / crypto
⚡ Mandatory: confident daily use of AI tools for code development with careful verification of results and adherence to safe engineering practices.
