Head of Product
📍 Almaty
We are looking for a strong product leader who will take on the development of the product portfolio and build systematic management of the product function at the level of the entire company.
What you will do:
- Form and develop the product strategy, synchronizing it with the company's business goals
- Manage the product portfolio: from roadmap formation to prioritization and implementation control
- Build effective interaction between product teams and manage cross-product dependencies
- Develop a unified product ecosystem and ensure their integration
- Manage product economics: P&L, unit economics, ROI/Payback
- Make decisions about scaling or stopping product initiatives
- Implement a systematic Discovery process and develop a data-driven culture
- Control Delivery: deadlines, speed of product launch to market, and development efficiency
We expect:
- Experience in Product Management of 5+ years, including at the platform solutions level
- Management experience of 3+ years
- Strong expertise in managing product portfolios and building ecosystems
- Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L, and product metrics
- Experience in implementing Discovery processes and working with hypotheses
- Understanding of Agile/SDLC and interaction with development teams
- Experience with B2B/B2G products is required
Will be a plus:
Experience with Smart City / AI / GovTech solutions
