Rate: • Middle — up to 1,500 ₽/hour • Middle+ — up to 1,650 ₽/hour

Project: bank Term: from 6 months with the possibility of extension Location: not important Payment: 35 business days deferral

📌 What's important:

• commercial experience in Java Backend development for at least 3 years;
• English language — mandatory;
• good practical experience with AI tools;
• active use of AI when writing and refining code, refactoring, analyzing and finding errors;
• readiness to work in the Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development format;
• ability to independently check the result of AI work and be responsible for the quality of the final code.

⚡️ Key point: we are looking for not a developer who occasionally asks ChatGPT questions, but a specialist for whom AI has already become a full-fledged daily development tool.
