At Texode, we have been developing and improving a DLP system for 14 years. Our software protects company data from leaks.

Now we are looking for Junior C++ Developers who want to improve their skills on real tasks and grow into Middle specialists within the team.

🖥 We expect you to: • Be proficient in C/C++, understand pointers and manual memory management. • Understand basic data structures and algorithms — from arrays and lists to search and sorting. • Be able to write applications for Windows and be familiar with Visual Studio or similar environments. • Understand how multithreading and synchronization work (if you've tried writing simple threads in practice — great). • Read documentation and Stack Overflow in English. • Be ready to learn a lot, dig into the essence, and quickly grasp complex topics.

🤓 It would be great if you have experience participating in programming, math, or physics olympiads.

🛠 Your responsibilities will include: • Writing cross-platform and platform-dependent code for Windows. • Developing client and server modules of our DLP system together with mentors. • Writing unit and integration tests to verify your own code. • Interacting with the team to integrate your components into the overall system.

📝 Working conditions: • Close mentorship: in the first months, we will help you adapt, no one will leave you alone with complex code. • Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus from the first day. • 5/2 schedule, from 08:30 to 17:30 (Fridays are shorter). • Adequate management, where everyone's ideas are heard. • Access to specialized literature, internal meetups, and knowledge sharing.
