Responsibilities: — backend architecture and tech strategy — development, DB optimization (sharding, partitioning), RESTful API — A/B experiments and solution implementation — team management and mentorship — DevOps, security, process improvement

Requirements: ✅ 8+ years of commercial production experience with Ruby on Rails ✅ backend for mobile apps and systems with 10,000+ DAU ✅ experience managing a development team ✅ RSpec, Git, Agile, cloud infrastructures ✅ fluent English (written + spoken)

Stages: HR → test task → tech interview (90 min) → meetings with leads and colleagues
