Who we are looking for: ✅ 8+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails in production ✅ backend for mobile applications and systems with 10,000+ DAU ✅ experience managing a team of developers ✅ RSpec, Git, Agile, cloud infrastructures ✅ fluent English (written + spoken)
